Customer Service Manager - Luxury Brand

Full Time/ Office based.

Location: Just outside London

We are delighted to partner with our client, a renowned Global Luxury brand to source a skilled Customer Service Manager for their Customer Service and After-sales team.

This is a unique opportunity for anyone with 5 years of customer service management experience, to expand their career within a performance-oriented environment.

Reporting directly to their Aftersales Director, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the team have a clear understanding of customers' requirements as well as driving them to exceed expectations. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing necessary training to elevate the entire team to deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

Duties include:

  • Assisting team members in building outstanding customer relations
  • Handling HR functions for the team, such as managing holidays, recruitment, and sick leave
  • Acting as the next level of escalation in addressing significant complaints

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to lead and supervise teams, along with excellent listening, confident communication, and strong negotiation skills.
