Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to help drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and online growth.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and scaling both paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role requires someone with strong experience in performance marketing, a creative mindset, and a solid understanding of luxury, fashion, or lifestyle branding.
You will work closely with the creative and ecommerce teams to deliver campaigns that not only perform commercially but also align with the premium Sandbanks brand identity.
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the wider creative and ecommerce teams.
About the Role:
Paid Marketing
- Plan, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets, targeting, creatives, and conversion performance
- Support customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-led marketing strategies
- Analyse campaign performance and produce regular reports with actionable insights
Organic & Brand Marketing
- Support the growth of Sandbanks across organic digital channels
- Work closely with content and creative teams to deliver engaging and brand-aligned marketing campaigns
- Assist with social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement
- Help maintain a consistent luxury brand presence across all digital touch points
Ecommerce & Performance
- Collaborate with ecommerce teams to improve website performance and customer journey
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activity
- Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing opportunities
About You:
- Marketing degree or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience within digital marketing, ideally within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or ecommerce brands
- Strong understanding of paid social and performance marketing
- Must be fluent in Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
- Experience scaling paid campaigns with measurable results
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance
- Good understanding of organic marketing and social media growth strategies
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
