What You’ll Own
- Lead the ecommerce strategy for Vera Wang RTW, driving growth across womenswear and menswear
- Deliver flawless seasonal launches, drops, and digital campaigns that reflect the brand’s global prestige
- Optimise UX, conversion, and personalisation through data-driven insights and A/B testing
- Collaborate with top-tier creatives, marketers, and merchandisers to elevate the online brand experience
- Champion CRM, performance marketing, and customer retention strategies
- Manage a small, agile team and agency partners with flair and accountability
What You Bring
- 5+ years in luxury or premium fashion ecommerce
- Proven success in scaling online sales and enhancing digital brand presence
- Deep expertise in Shopify Plus, GA4, CMS platforms, and performance analytics
