At Lidl, we’re all about making things happen. As an Employee Relations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our people and processes. Working closely with our Employee Relations Consultant and regional managers, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, because great administration means great outcomes.
What you'll do
Be the go-to support for employee relations queries
Prepare and send important correspondence for processes like disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement, sickness absence, and redundancy
Keep everything secure and GDPR-compliant—whether it’s e-filing documents or sending letters
Update our employee relations systems so everything is accurate and up to date
Help managers follow the right processes and escalate issues when needed
Make sure we’re always compliant with the law and Lidl policies
Take on extra tasks when the team needs you—because flexibility is part of the job
What you'll need
A sharp eye for detail and a love for getting things right
Confidence with admin tasks and systems
Knowledge of GDPR and data protection standards (Advantageous)
Great communication skills—you’ll work with people across the business
A proactive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
