As Events Manager, based in London you will be responsible for facilitating and managing the logistical delivery of exceptional events from start to finish on behalf of this leading luxury fashion wholesale showroom that hosts sales campaigns up to four times a year at their showrooms in New York, London and Paris.
The successful individual will have a minimum of 2 years of management-level experience in a similar position in the fashion or hospitality industry, demonstrating enthusiasm, passion and exceptional cross-functional teamwork and organisation skills.

Liaising with internal teams, external clients and suppliers regarding showroom contributions and services to effectively manage seasonal budgets set by the CFO.
Deliver events on time and within budget to meet (and hopefully exceed) KPI targets.
Analyse showroom KPI's and P&L's and report to the CFO and finance team with recommendations to improve targets.
Set, communicate and maintain event project critical paths.
Work closely with the Facilities Manager, Managing Director and Global Head of Sales.
Source, develop, negotiate, and maintain client and supplier costs and relationships.
Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure event projects are delivered efficiently.
Logistical management of samples and equipment required for international markets and transportation.
Plan, manage and deliver all operational needs for the quarterly London and Paris showroom sales campaigns.
Provide showroom management for additional selling markets including Resort, Jewellery and Men’s throughout the sales calendar.
Partner with Senior Management in London, New York and Paris to ensure the optimum preparation of localised showrooms for each market.
Effectively communicate with showroom brands and their brand managers on showroom contributions, collection arrival (and returns) and merchandising.
Recruit and manage seasonal support for sales campaigns.
Ensure development, production and delivery of event projects from proposal to delivery are fully managed.
Drive out-of-season rentals in the London showroom through online event platforms and other initiatives, managing the booking process and hosted events.
Travel to Milan, Paris and New York for onsite inspections.
Provide exceptional customer service to deliver high-end event experiences.
Events Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience, (2 years at management level) in event planning within an international fashion or hospitality business or similar.
Agency experience is advantageous.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in line with critical paths.
Experience in logistics and preparing commercial shipping documentation.
Familiar with event H&S to ensure best practice is performed by all showroom occupants.
