We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Executive to join a premium vape product brand, working with independent retailers and wholesalers across the Midlands and Central England.
We're looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business, developing strong relationships, and expanding existing accounts. You'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to influence and negotiate, and a genuine passion for the vape industry. Prior experience in vape sales is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and grow existing accounts, introducing new products and flavours.
- Educate and train clients on product launches, ensuring they're always up to date.
- Book and attend meetings with new and existing customers.
- Process both new and repeat orders efficiently.
- Build account plans with key customers to meet business objectives, increase sales, and boost profitability.
- Deliver outstanding customer service across your portfolio.
- Negotiate pricing and prepare competitive, profitable quotes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to secure new business and support brand growth.
Person Specification:
- Full UK driving licence.
- In-depth understanding of the vape industry.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner).
