Garment Technologist - Supplier - London

Our client is a family run company that have been in business for over 25 years.

They are a fashion design & manufacturing supplier to High Street & Online Retailers/Brands, Such as Asos, Lipsy, Next, River Island and New Look amongst others. supplying young fashion led garments across both jersey and Woven. They have an in-house team and a near east office of 15 people. Sourcing from Romania, Morocco, Tunisia, and Sri Lanka.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Garment Technologist to join our on team. Softs and Jersey experience is a must .

Minimum 3 years’ experience.

This is a fast-paced environment, and the ideal candidate would need to thrive under pressure, be organised and have good problem-solving skills as well as paying attention to detail.

You will be managing your own accounts, working closely with your Pattern Cutter to interpret customer fit comments for fit and seal process through to production. You will be responsible for measuring garments and to assess production samples and upload specs/photos on to customers data base. You will attend weekly critical path meetings, updating merch and production teams on current order status ensuring seal by dates are achieved.
