A fantastic opportunity has arisen for our client who hold the licences for Global sportswear brands Seeking a strategic and results-driven marketing leader with a passion for eCommerce growth. Based in London We are seeking an experienced Head of Ecommerce Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of the brand's online presence across key European markets. This pivotal role offers the chance to lead a high-impact team, optimise marketing performance, and deliver substantial revenue and profit growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies to drive profitable growth across the brand's website and targeted European regions.
  • Managing all marketing channels including paid media, search engine optimisation, customer relationship management, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Leading and building a lean, high-performance marketing team, while maximising the output of agency partners and external vendors.
  • Overseeing budget management, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring ROI-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to optimise the overall customer journey and maximise conversion rates.
  • Acting as a hands-on leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves during periods of turnaround or rapid scaling.

Person specifications:

  • Proven experience in eCommerce marketing leadership, ideally within retail or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, CRM, and lifecycle marketing channels.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Financial discipline with experience managing budgets and driving profitable growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Resilient and adaptable, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
