Junior Account Manager - Fashion

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, design-led fashion supplier working with premium womenswear brands across multiproduct. This Junior Account Manager role offers a dynamic entry into the commercial side of fashion, combining account management, product development, and client interaction.

Working closely with the Senior Account Manager, you will support key accounts while gaining end-to-end exposure to the product lifecycle, from concept through to delivery. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to sales growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key part in bringing collections to market.

Based in the London studio 5 days a week.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Support the day-to-day management and development of key womenswear accounts
• Assist in coordinating client meetings, presentations, and showroom set-up
• Collaborate with design and product teams to support the development of new collections
• Liaise with global suppliers on product development, fabrics, and production timelines
• Build and maintain accurate costing sheets and support margin management
• Track sales performance and identify opportunities for growth across accounts
• Conduct competitor analysis, trend research, and regular store visits
• Support critical path management to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

Person Specification:

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar Sales or Junior Account Manager role within fashion
• Supplier-side experience preferred, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle
• Strong numerical skills with experience in garment costings
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SharePoint
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills, with a proactive and commercially aware mindset
