The Role:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Adept in building client relationships both in person and via CRM systems
• You will be responsible for administration tasks in line with daily transactions
• Handle queries and payments proficiently at the cash desk
• Be a team player and aim to go above and beyond expectations
• Participate in store opening and closing procedures

• A confident communicator
• Committed to helping the store and team achieve set goals and targets
• A calm and friendly approach to set tasks
• Able to travel to Bicester each day
• Retail experience is a must
