With boutiques in key fashion capitals, the brand prides itself on delivering highly personalised experiences to its clientele, combining style expertise with exceptional service.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join the London boutique. This role is appointment-focused, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering bespoke, one-to-one client experiences. The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring VIP clients receive a seamless and memorable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage all clients entering the space, identifying their needs and preferences
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of luxury service with a warm, professional approach
  • Go above and beyond to exceed client expectations and elevate the customer journey
  • Serve as a style advisor, recommending pieces based on fit, lifestyle, and personal style
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and articulate the brand’s aesthetic and craftsmanship
  • Provide guidance on product features, care, and styling options
  • Confidently process transactions in line with company guidelines
  • Support visual merchandising standards and assist with stock organisation
  • Work towards achieving individual and overall sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits
  • Follow all company policies and procedures consistently

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience within luxury fashion or premium retail
  • Strong client-service mindset with exceptional communication skills
  • Passion for styling and contemporary luxury fashion
  • Proactive, confident, and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience working with luxury clientele and brands
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
