We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Marketplace Administrator to support the growing Brand Partnerships function. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and optimised product data across ecommerce platforms, managing inventory and uploads, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketplace business.
You will play a key part in product data maintenance, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to help drive performance and maintain high operational standards.
Key responsibilities will include
- Managing and maintaining product uploads across ecommerce platforms
- Updating and overseeing the product master data sheet
- Optimising product listings through accurate categorisation and attribute mapping
- Producing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, as well as ad hoc reports on sales, returns, and stock
- Supporting marketplace operations by liaising with warehouses, buyers, and internal teams
- Assisting the Marketplace Co-ordinator and Head of New Business with range launches, stock planning, and operational tasks
- Ensuring third-party SLAs are met and supporting forecasting and stock management for 3PL partners
- Researching and implementing ways to improve marketplace processes and performance
Person specification
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets user with strong analytical skills
- Experience in ecommerce, marketplace, wholesale, or data-driven admin roles
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
