We are recruiting a Merchandiser to join a fast-growing business, managing stock, sales, and margin performance across key US accounts.
As Merchandiser, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning ranges, analysing performance, and ensuring the right products are delivered to the right place, at the right time. This is a key opportunity to combine analytical ability with commercial awareness, working closely with buying, sales, and operations teams to drive growth.
About the Role
As our Merchandiser, you’ll be responsible for ensuring ranges are planned, bought, and delivered in line with business strategy. From managing WSSI and OTB, to supporting seasonal planning and delivery, you’ll play a central role in maximising sales and profit, while leading and developing junior team members.
Key Responsibilities

Manage WSSI, OTB, sales and intake forecasts.

Support range planning to align product, margin, and delivery.

Analyse sales by category and customer, sharing insights and actions.

Monitor stock levels, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Oversee deliveries, working with buying, sales, logistics, and finance.

Lead, coach, and develop junior merchandising team members.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Manage slow-moving stock with effective exit strategies.
About You

2+ years’ experience in merchandising (Senior Assistant/Junior level or above).

Wholesale experience desirable.

Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Commercial mindset with sales, stock, and margin knowledge.

Highly organised, detail-focused, and deadline-driven.

Collaborative communicator and team player.

Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus.
