Merchandising Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a merchandising manager to join a European retailer, in its Morocco location.
This is an integral role supporting the group by growing the business opportunities in Morocco, working developing relationships and supplier development.

The role:
• Drive category growth and unlock new business opportunities across woven, tailoring, jersey, denim, and knitwear
• Manage key KPIs
• Lead and develop a small team of people
• Negotiate competitive pricing to deliver strong margins

The candidate:
• Previous experience as a merchandising manager, ideally within a sourcing office
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
