Office and Guest Experience Manager

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and hospitality-focused Office & Guest Experience Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy, multi-brand workspace. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless office environment that supports showroom activity, client presentations, and frequent hosted meetings. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency while maintaining a polished, welcoming experience for employees and visitors alike.

YOU MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN FASHION, RETAIL, SHOWROOM OR MULTIBRAND ENVIRONMENTS

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Oversee daily office operations across multiple brand teams within a shared workspace, ensuring smooth functionality and organisation
  • Manage facilities including maintenance, cleanliness, meeting rooms, and showroom areas, coordinating with vendors and building management
  • Liaise with landlord and service providers on office administration, repairs, and health & safety requirements
  • Coordinate meeting room and showroom bookings, ensuring spaces are prepared, presentation-ready, and reset after use
  • Support brand teams during client presentations, launches, seasonal showcases, and showroom activity
  • Deliver a high-quality hospitality experience by organising catering, managing guest visits, and supporting internal events and press days
  • Act as front-of-house contact for visitors, ensuring professional reception standards and smooth check-in processes
  • Provide administrative and operational support including budget tracking, invoices, onboarding coordination, and maintaining office policies and procedures

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager, Workplace Manager, or similar role within a fast-paced environment
  • Background in fashion, retail, showroom, or multi-brand environments preferred
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Hospitality-led, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Professional, adaptable, and calm under pressure with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
