Premium Assistant Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for an assistant manager to join a well-loved premium accessories brand in one of its flagship locations in Selfridges!
This is a new role for the business, so a role to really make your own.

The role:
• Support the store manager in driving KPIs within the team
• Be a brand champion, utilising training and development within the team
• Lead from the front with customer service
• Support with all back office functions and VM duties

The person:
• Previous experience as an assistant manager, or a well-established supervisor
• Fully flexible across the week, to do early, mid and late shifts
• Experience with premium products is desirable
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

In return there is a competitive salary up to £36,000 plus up to £2,000 extra for completing specialist training. There is also commission and a uniform allowance on top.
