What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from kitchen to front of house

Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high standards

Be the face of the restaurant – engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Manage stock, budgets, and operational targets efficiently

Uphold health & safety, hygiene, and food quality standards

Foster a positive team culture and support staff development

What You’ll Bring

You will have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar Hospitality business

Are passionate about food, people, and creating amazing dining experiences

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Are a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills

Understands financials, stock control, and operational efficiency

Can lead by example and knows how to motivate a team

Have a hands-on approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude
