This is an opportunity for a Retail Operations Manager to join the head office of a fast growing fashion and sportswear brand.
Job Purpose:
To lead the Retail Operations team across various locations in London in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of retail stores, providing administrative, logistical, and operational support to enhance store performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, appraise, and manage performance; handle HR issues.
- Sales & Profitability: Meet targets, analyze sales data, forecast trends, implement promotions, and control costs.
- Promotions and product strategy: Take decisions on product strategy across stores and lead promotional campaigns to drive key commercial goals
- Operations: Oversee daily store activities, maintain visual merchandising, manage stock, order supplies, and liaise with head office.
- Customer Experience: Resolve issues, and ensure high service standards.
- Compliance & Security: Enforce health & safety, loss prevention, and company policies.

Essential:

Previous retail management experience at store or area management level

Any fashion and sportswear experience is an advantage.
