Reward Analyst

This luxury retailer, which has a global presence, is looking for a reward analyst to oversee the UK and international remit.

As a reward analyst, you will collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy in reward practices across all regions. More specifically, your focus will be salary reviews, compensation, ensuring compliance and data integrity within HRIS systems.

Ideally, you will be someone with experience working in a fast-paced environment. Also, you will have experience with HRIS systems and be advanced with Microsoft Excel.

The role is paying up to £55,000. They're based in London and operate a hybrid working structure. Please note this is a 9-month fixed-term contract.
