Sales / Account Manager

We are delighted to partner with a well-established and highly respected fashion supplier, designing and manufacturing ladieswear for a wide range of UK and international retailers. The opportunity is for an experienced, commercially driven and highly sales focused Sales/Account Manager, with a strong background in ladieswear fashion supply, specialising in managing and growing retail accounts across UK and international markets.

This role is office based.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and develop existing accounts, maintaining strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, maximise account potential, and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and product development teams to create commercially relevant product ranges.
  • Present seasonal collections and product proposals to retail customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and delivery schedules to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the product development and production process.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior management.
  • Manage multiple product categories including jersey, woven, knitwear, outerwear, sleepwear, and loungewear.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management within a fashion supplier environment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the ladieswear market.
  • Experience working across multiple fashion product categories.
  • Established relationships with UK high street retailers, supermarkets, and online retailers.
  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and results-driven approach.
  • Passionate about fashion, product development, and market trends.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.
