As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be representing the brand and their values as they open their new flagship boutique in the heart of Mayfair. Elevated customer service will be consistently promised through the deliverance of ambition, passion and etiquette.
Due to the high demand of this role... We are seeking candidates that have come from a premium, fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidates to progress into a luxury brand.
The role:
- Working towards monthly store targets
- Fostering and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Obtaining thorough brand history and product knowledge
- Promising selling ceremony and storytelling to every customer
- Personalising reach-out campaigns to complete CRM tasks
- Organising and holding private client appointments
- Adhering to impeccable standards through immaculate grooming, presentation and communication
- Working closely within a team under pressure, supporting colleagues and managers
About You:
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Experience within a fast-paced retail environment
- Worked within a multicultural environment
- Meticulous and efficient
- Versatile and willing to learn
- Excellent presentation
- Exceptional communication skills

- £33,000 per annum
- Commission structure
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
