Sales & Maketing Manager

Opportunity to join a successful supplier of ladieswear, menswear and childrenswear multiproduct categories who supply to major retailers.

This is a role for an experienced Sales & Maketing Manager responsible for maximising sales opportunities and profit potential whilst also being hands on with product, and to support driving the business forward, working closely with the Design Director, and reporting to the MD

This role is 5 days a week onsite.

Must be eligible to work in Bangladesh.

The Role:

  • Proven ability to learn. We expect the successful candidate to take the initiative, ask questions, look for continuous improvement and be accountable for their actions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams within the business.
  • Review product categories and sales analysis
  • Build and develop key relationships with domestic market places
  • Lead end to end selling
  • Advise on competitor analysis, to ensure best sellers and key items on offer
  • - Strong organisational, time-management and prioritisation skills. The successful candidate should be approachable and enthusiastic with ability to work in a fast-paced environment which will compliment an individual who thrives in that environment.

  • Gathering market and customer information to determine the customer needs
  • Continually visit to both existing and new customers
