About the Role:
As a Sales Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance. You’ll play a key role in motivating the team, maintaining high visual standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and support the sales team to achieve targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
- Monitor sales figures and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Support stock control, merchandising, and store administration

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or senior sales role (fashion preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for fashion and current trends
- Results-driven with a proactive attitude
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods

The salary is paying up to £26,000
