Senior Account Manager - Ladieswear

I am partnering with a long-established fashion supplier to some of the UK's biggest retailers and supermarkets, who are now looking for a talented Senior Sales Account Manager to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing high-profile womenswear accounts, shaping sales strategy, and driving commercial growth across major retail partnerships.

This role offers hybrid working, a discretionary annual bonus, and excellent scope for career progression within a dynamic and forward-thinking business.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Take ownership of major womenswear accounts, developing strategies to exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, commercially successful relationships with retail buyers
  • Negotiate contracts and lead seasonal range presentations with confidence and expertise
  • Identify and win new business opportunities to grow market share
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior leadership

Person Specification :

  • Proven track record of working in a similar role for a supplier within womenswear
  • Background in Buying is advantageous but not essential
  • Experienced in managing large-volume, high street or supermarket accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and spot growth opportunities
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator, able to build long-term partnerships
  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable working with autonomy
