Senior Knitwear Designer

Senior Knitwear Designer for Boys and Mens 

We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Knitwear Designer to lead the creation of trend-led, commercially viable collections. You’ll bring expertise in yarn innovation, stitch techniques, and garment construction, working closely with international suppliers—particularly in Bangladesh—to take designs from concept to finished product. This role combines creativity, technical skill, and commercial awareness, with regular travel to UK and European customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design seasonal knitwear collections with innovative, trend-driven concepts.

• Source yarns, trims, and experiment with stitches and fabric structures.

• Oversee product development, technical packs, and factory collaboration.

• Conduct market and trend research to drive collection innovation.

• Collaborate across merchandising, production, and sales teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Fashion, Knitwear, or Textile Design.

• 5+ years’ knitwear design experience, ideally men’s/boys’.

• Strong technical knowledge of knitwear and experience with international manufacturers.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD.

• Excellent trend awareness, commercial sense, and collaborative skills.
