Senior National Account Manager – Luxury Beauty – London

We’re seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded Senior National Account Manager to join our fast-growing, purpose-driven luxury beauty brand. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our national retail presence, driving growth, and deepening partnerships with leading retailers.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Own and lead the management of key national retail accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance and brand alignment
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting, promotional planning, and joint business planning (JBPs)
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with buyers and retail partners across commercial and supply chain functions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to deliver seamless execution and brand consistency
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and category insights to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Drive excellence in account performance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in National Account Management within the luxury beauty, prestige personal care, or premium FMCG sectors
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial growth across multiple national retailers (e.g. Boots, Sephora, department stores)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills at all levels
  • Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable managing complexity and competing priorities
  • A passion for luxury beauty, fragrance, and sustainability, with a deep understanding of premium consumer expectations
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly desirable
