Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the paid media and affiliate strategy. This role sits at the heart of the digital team and is ideal for a hands‑on, data‑driven marketeer.
You’ll lead performance across Google, Meta, and affiliate channels—owning budgets, optimisation, reporting, and strategy. You’ll also mentor a Paid Media Executive and work cross‑functionally to drive profitable customer acquisition while supporting our brand storytelling ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the paid media strategy across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta, aligning campaigns with brand and trading priorities.
- Oversee affiliate marketing performance and budget, collaborating with partners or networks to drive acquisition and retention.
- Manage budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting across all performance channels.
- Lead campaign setup, optimisation, and creative testing, ensuring consistent, best‑in‑class execution.
- Support day‑to‑day campaign uploads, QA checks, and monitoring of account health.
- Track key acquisition metrics (CPA, CPO, ROAS) and share actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with analytics and e‑commerce teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data quality.
- Produce regular performance reports and present insights to marketing and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with creative, CRM, and merchandising to ensure alignment across campaigns.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, digital trends, and fashion industry insights to drive continuous innovation.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing with hands‑on management of Google and Meta campaigns.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models and how affiliates impact acquisition and conversion.
- Prior agency experience with a desire to move in‑house.
- Experience working with e‑commerce brands—ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
- Proven track record of driving profitable growth through data‑driven optimisation.
- Excellent understanding of e‑commerce metrics, including CPA, CPO, ROAS, and LTV.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and other tracking tools.
- Clear communicator with strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence stakeholders.
