Store Manager

An established ladies fashion retailer based in Watford are looking for a dynamic and motivated Store Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to lead the store, delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and team performance.

About the Role:

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of store operations. From leading the team on the shop floor to ensuring visual standards are on point, you’ll play a key role in creating a vibrant, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily store operations and team management
- Drive sales and achieve store targets through excellent customer service
- Motivate, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Handle stock control, deliveries, and inventory management
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
- Conduct regular 1 to 1 performance reviews

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a deputy or store manager
- A strong passion for ladies fashion and current trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading hours

The salary is paying up to £36,000
