Store Manager - organic retailer

Main Responsibility will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing a small team to consistently deliver strong results
• Creating a positive, motivated environment where individuals feel supported and confident
• Setting the standard for performance, behaviours, and customer experience
• Taking a hands-on approach to the day-to-day running of the store
• Driving sales through strong product knowledge and confident selling
• Ensuring the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and running smoothly at all times
• Managing stock control, deliveries, and back-of-house organisation
• Maintaining accurate cash handling and adhering to company procedures
• Keeping the team aligned, focused, and delivering consistently high standards

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within retail
• A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing a small team
• Someone who stays calm under pressure and leads with energy and positivity
• A hands-on, proactive approach with a strong drive to achieve results
• Background in retail, convenience, food retail, or customer-facing environments is a plus
