Your Role as a Supervisor:

Support Sales Performance: Motivate and support the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Operational Support: Assist with daily store operations, including stock management, visual standards, and cost awareness.
Drive Store Performance: Support the implementation of promotions and initiatives to help maximise sales and profitability.
Deliver Customer Excellence: Lead by example in delivering our personal service approach to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
Support and Develop the Team: Coach and encourage team members, helping to build confidence, skills, and progression.
