Technical Product Administrator – Home Fragrance

We have a great Technical Product Administrator opportunity with a long standing supplier of home fragrance and gift products to UK and International retailers. Due to growth, this dynamic business want to take on another Technical Product Administrator to work in their chic London office.

The Technical Administrator is a key member of the Home Fragrance Technical Team. Supporting the team. as they take the products from buying stage through to shipment. Manage the technical document portfolios, communicate testing and sampling requirements with factories, manage sample ordering (both raw material and testing samples, user trial samples etc), help to analyse test results and upload data to customer platforms.

This supplier works with a diverse range of customers, therefore customer platform management and document and sample management is a large part of the role, as well as product review and assessment and factory liaison. Working alongside the technical,  and product development, regulatory team, design and merchandising teams across two offices.

The right candidate should have experience in a similar administrative role, within the technical product side, ideally in home fragrance products. Ideally, experience working with multiple off shore manufacturing sites is preferred  and used to working within a busy office environment with tight deadlines and multiple tasks.
Should have excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills and the ability to create, modify and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
Attention to detail - artwork proof reading, test report analysis
Ability to follow and work to critical deadline dates
