Account Manager

Our clients are a well established , professional business specialising in technical workwear , from sourcing , design , manufacturing & distribution for multiple brands across many sectors such as construction ,retail , healthcare and more ....

We are now seeking a talented Account Manager with experience in the Corporate / workwear industry would be ideal but not essential. 

You must have a high level of experience across B2B account management along with good level of project management skills and come from a textile or garment background. strong negotiator with a proven sales track record .

 You role is...

Responsible for the ongoing account management and development of the business clients, principally…… and to ensure that these client contracts are retained and extended through development of relations and through outstanding contract performance. To ensure that the client’s contractual requirements are met in full. This will include maintenance of price files, stock management, accurate forecasting of customer spend, on time in full delivery of customer roll outs through use of project plans and internal communications, provision of customer KPI reporting, and adherence to SLAs. The Account Manager will also look to build sales through organic growth and cross-selling opportunities to existing clients.

This is a full-time position.

  • Full contract and client relationship management and responsibility
  • Client retention through contract extensions and involvement with associated tendering activity
  • On time in full delivery of client rollouts through use of critical path planning
  • Sales growth through active promotion of cross-selling and account development
  • Margin protection through pricing reviews and price file maintenance
  • Delivery of garments to agreed SLAs
  • Accurate forecasting of client spend
  • Maintenance of accurate client data including wearer wardrobe profiles
  • Completion of relevant KPI and ad hoc reporting
  • Management of aged debt with clients
  • Management of client orders and stock levels
  • Management of outstanding debts, where requested
  • Management of associated Account Administrator
  • Ad hoc duties, as required.
  • Communicating and meeting on a regular basis with key internal staff as listed below to ensure co-ordinated customer responses
