Sales/Account Manager - DR1712

Our client is a well-established, design-led business that supplies clothing, interiors and beauty products to major high street retailers and supermarkets. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to run their Nightwear division, developing new business with the UK high street as well as managing an existing client base.

It is essential that you have experience of successfully developing and selling own label apparel ranges ideally nightwear to UK retailers and have current connections with major high street retailers. The role requires an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in developing new business/opening new accounts, with the passion and vision to redrive growth, ensuring the development of new product ranges that meet customers commercial requirements, satisfy customer needs and give continuity to business requirements, maximising any opportunities to gain further business.  

Assuming responsibility for all account activity, you will communicate effectively and build positive relationships with the customer and all personnel involved with client accounts, ensuring on time delivery of agreed assignments, putting samples into work, costings, negotiations and developing commercial products. You will be trend and commercially aware, with strong communication skills and the ability to think laterally and quickly whilst ensuring processes are managed and delivered on time.
