An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer service advisor to join this successful womenswear brand in the Midlands. This role will see you resolving customer queries relating to price, quality, faults and returns.

To succeed in this position, you’ll need strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills and will have worked within a customer service environment.

This role has come about due to growth and ultimately the successful candidate will have full responsibility for the B2C customer service for this expanding brand.
