This is an amazing opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join a fashion obsessed team at an online retailer for trend led fashion.

As a Customer Service Manager for this fantastic business you will manage a growing team of customer care advisors providing a seamless and personlised experience across email and social media channels, set KPI's for the team, liaise with the warehouse, improve the customer care journey, create weekly reports and deal with customer enquiries, after-care and special requests. 

The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic and have customer care experience in online fashion, experience using customer care online software, good knowledge of excel and managing outlook emails, ability to work in a fast paced environment and a real passion for fashionand maintaining excellent customer care.
