We are delighted to be working exclusively with a highly successful fashion business that designs and supplies four beautiful ladies’ and childrenswear brands. This fast-paced, creative company is now looking for an ambitious Junior Buyer to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has already gained experience within a Buying or Buying Admin role and is now ready to step up, take ownership, and grow their career in a supportive, fashion-forward environment.

The Role

As Junior Buyer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Buying function across womenswear and childrenswear, working closely with senior members of the team. You’ll help deliver on-trend, commercial ranges that reflect each brand’s identity and meet the demands of their ever-growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, developing, and selecting product ranges across four brands.
• Support in seasonal range planning, product selection, and critical path management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and factories.
• Keep on top of market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities.
• Analyse sales performance and contribute ideas to drive growth.
• Work cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and marketing teams.
• Manage samples, purchase orders, and product data to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met.

The Candidate

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Buying or Buying Administration (fashion industry essential).
• Passionate about ladies’ and childrenswear with excellent trend awareness.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with numbers.
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Driven, proactive, and eager to develop within a fast-growing fashion company.
