Production Director

An exciting opportunity has come up for a production director to join an international manufacturer in its Laos location.
This role reports directly to the MD of the unit, and is integral to manage end to end manufacturing processes.

The role:
• Manage end to end manufacturing and setting up the production strategy
• Oversee factory productivity and labour costs
• Lead cost reduction initiatives, that doesn’t compromise quality and safety
• Manage and develop large teams

The candidate:
• Previous experience as a production director, with workwear or outerwear experience
• Excellent team management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail
