Product Development Assistant – Luxury Brand | Immediate Start | Temp Role | Head Office Based

A prestigious luxury brand is seeking a Product Development Assistant to join their head office team on an immediate start temporary contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Product Development function within a fast-paced, high-end environment, working across luxury categories from concept through to production. This position is fully office-based (no hybrid working).

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting the PD team throughout the development lifecycle
* Managing critical path updates and sample tracking
* Liaising with suppliers and factories regarding sampling and approvals
* Raising POs and maintaining product data systems
* Assisting with costings and maintaining development spreadsheets
* Organising and preparing samples for meetings and sign-offs
* Providing general administrative support to the wider PD team

**About You:**

* Previous experience as a PD Assistant within a luxury or premium fashion brand
* Strong understanding of the product development process
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with experience liaising with international suppliers
* Strong Excel and systems skills
* Immediately available and able to commit to a full-time office-based role
