We have partnered with a beautiful accessories brand currently recruiting a production manager to join the business. The ideal candidate with have experience within both corporate and start up businesses in order to implement processes and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

To source suppliers and manufacturers and to negotiate production prices ensuring they are within budget.

Raise and process purchase orders in line with Company ordering procedure.

To establish standard and special terms and conditions for orders with suppliers/manufactures and ensure they are respected.

Place orders for all production requirements - raw materials, components etc.

Ensure that suppliers are allocated with and receive the correct trimmings if required prior to production.

Manage the relationships with suppliers to ensure that orders are tracked manufactured and delivered seasonally on time.

Maintain upto date delivery schedules and produce other production supporting reports, as required.

Create codification by creating part numbers and bar codes on database for all products.

Ensuring the highest of quality by carrying out quality control checks during production.

Monitor product defects from retail and ensure continuous feedback to the Product Development team and to Manufacturers is given and tracked.

Maintain up to date delivery schedules and produce other production reports, as required.

Liaise and ensure good communication with warehouse concerning delivery queries.

Provide other general ad-hoc support to the department, as required.

The Ideal candidate;

- Must have experience within luxury brands
- Have experience working with British, Italian and French Factories
- Strong Multi- Product Knowledge
- Fluency in French and Italian is ideal but not essential.
