Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Head of Digital Marketing to join our awesome Digital team!

As a Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.

The Head of Digital Marketing works closely with the online merchandising, social media and development teams in target-setting as well as post-campaign evaluations.

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts
  • Measure and manage online content
  • Track SEO and Google Analytics data an make complex analysis
  • Build and inbound marketing plan
  • Forecast sales Digital trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
  • Anticipate sales performance trends
  • Organize and lead digital marketing team
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

Your Profile

  • Bachelor/Master degree in MA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in the field
  • Good knowledge of Google Adword, Analytics and Hybris
  • Broad international experience
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures
  • Strong performance marketing experience
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Innovative, always ready to bring up original and groundbreaking ideas
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • English mandatory. Any other language such as German and Italian would be an asset
