Distribution of course is carefully evaluated and an industry trend in recent years is to strengthen the level of field support offered by the ultimate brand owner.

Excitingly today an opportunity now has arisen to work exclusively on one of this groups most famous Luxury timepiece brands as a dedicated field based Trainer.

Due to the prestigious nature of this great horological brand - it is felt that experience in a similar role ideally with a luxury marque is the agreed must have.

An understanding of the Watch & Jewellery industry is also felt to be advantageous for prospective applicants to possess.

Familiarity of the many challenges that exist within the theatre that is Retail Sales will be key to you navigating best outcomes for all the stores that you will regularly visit.

An acute appreciation to be ever on brand is an absolute must and your organisational and forward planning skills have in the past been recognised as being virtuous - this must continue !

Never phased by the requirement of communicating at every level be it a Senior Management VIP or indeed an as valued newly started in-store Sales Consultant and every level between.

To be fair your fluency and ability to motivate and inspire all to reach for greater trading success is how you feel your performance is best judged.

Ever thinking brightly, you tactfully challenge the often established status quo and re-set targets to reflect a service level able to deliver ‘ customer service experience ‘ above and beyond ever other window / in-store brand occupants.

Your drive and keenness to think on your feet sets you apart from industry peers and will often result in stretching the blue water between your represented brand and those who are only too keen to follow in your wake.

This role is of course regional ( Southern UK ) however your expertise may well attract need from other surrounding regions and indeed countries so the ability to travel is important.

Training is the absolute focus of this position and Sales Consultant(s) from within every retail setting that exists within the watch & jewellery trade will potentially gain from brand & sales training expertise.

Alongside regular account visits - regional training seminars will be frequent events that you will orchestrate from conception through to implementation on the day.

It maybe alongside our clients Brand Management team that you may from time to time develop new training modules that would further gild the brand service offer available from in-store.

There are levels of competency based Brand Accreditation that even when you are not physically  in-store - your client’s sales personnel can continue to study.

You will campaign for maximum participation at all store locations and review , encourage and reward wherever appropriate every employees progress alongside appraising their direct line manager as to progress / targets that have been accomplished or otherwise.
