We have partnered with a luxury beauty brand, currently recruiting a Wholesale Executive to join the business working closely with sales teams across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibility of this role is to support the sales development of the Wholesale and B2B by providing support to the team. This role will coordinate of all key projects for the UK and Ireland, collecting and maintaining all relevant tools and information and reports. In addition this role will interface with other departments involved in the Wholesale activity.

Sales Support
* Produce Campaign Order Forms to be communicated to the Sales team with all necessary information from Stock and Marketing.
* Coordinate Sales Campaigns with Stock and Marketing to ensure all elements required for implementation are in place.
* Produce a quarterly newsletter working with the Marketing Team, collating all the relevant stock and marketing information and sending this out to all relevant customers.
* Managing the cold-call data base, and then informing the Area Manager in the relevant area that a potential customer has approached us, so that they can follow up the lead.
* Manage and maintain the Counters Database ensuring privacy and accuracy for mail out purposes.
* Support in the implementation of B2B mail outs, working with the B2B manager to send samples to prospective and existing customers.

Stock & Sundries
* Manage the wholesale stock/tester/POSM/sample cupboard within head office.
* Place Head Office Orders for stock and POSM as required. Including testers, samples and sundries.
* Collate all tester requests on a weekly basis from all Sales Managers and issue to the operations team weekly to ensure that are added to the weekly orders
* Pack and distribute testers for stores if urgent or if no weekly orders placed by the retailers
* Manage the excess campaign gifts, redistributing the GWPs on the Pipeline File to ensure they are re-used to drive sales

Administration & Reporting
* Maintain and update the Wholesale and B2B Master Price Lists
* Update during validation meetings any discontinued or new lines & communicate changes to Wholesale and B2B teams.
* Collate monthly sales data from the weekly Counter Reports into the End of Month summary report and issue this to the internal sales team & the Counter Managers in store.
* Save down all photos on the drive sent by SKAM, KAM Wholesale Manager and Trainer
* Manage the Department Absence tracker recording Holiday Plans and absences with each line manager.
* Updating Terms and Conditions & opening orders as required, and ensuring all paper work relating to customers is filed and archived for our records.
* Support the organization of quarterly journey meetings and bi-annual Counter Managers' meetings ensuring logistics, travel and F&B arrangements are smooth.
* Assist with maintaining the Group Wholesale procedures and reporting.
* Take minutes in team meetings and issue them to attendees following each meeting.
* Provide general assistance to the Wholesale Sales Director as required

Marketing & Training
* Ensure that all necessary information are provided by the Marketing team for all activities, campaigns, presentations, POSM, retail events applicable to wholesale.
* Update the Wholesale Pipeline Calendar with launches, deadlines and discuss in weekly team meetings.
* Brief Marketing/Visual Merchandising and follow up all requests put forward by the sales team
* Brief Training and follow up all requests put forward by the sales team
* As required deliver and manage adhoc projects according to the calendar established for each project.

Brand Building
* Supporting Company and Department events, both internal and external, ensuring logistics run smoothly and the brand is positively represented.
* Effectively communicate all Company objectives regarding your Key Accounts to all relevant colleagues.

POSITION PRE-REQUISITES - PERSON SPECIFICATION

* Excellent commercial acumen and customer service skills
* Working knowledge of full Microsoft Office suite with particular strengths in Excel
* Strong Networking, interpersonal and communication skills
* Entrepreneurial, Energetic and Proactive,
* Excellent organiser, and self-starter
* Team Player
