- Understand the business process management of the company

- Supervising the execution process

- Making appropriate recommendations for suggested solutions

- Preparing reports for the proposed suggestions

- Preparing inventory analysis

- Support the inventory department

- Getting the feedback and comments and act upon them

- Be responsible of the whole operational pricing process, electronic data interchange process & Licensees Operation flow

- Drive and implement efficiencies within the division pricing processes

- Manage price loads and modifications to Stealth and JDA

- Develop standardized reporting which both informs and drives decision making

- Link with inventory and merchandise teams to ensure local price changes are effectively communicated and implemented

- Managing the system aspect of Demand Planning pricing implementation, delivering best possible customer service

- Providing ad hoc analysis upon request

- Be responsible for the update of all the data in the retail system, able to coordinate with the merchandisers, buyers, customer service

- Setting up and maintaining the flow of information and data needed between the licensees and our retail/wholesale/ ecommerce channels

- Updating the Licensees collections in our systems, updating the codes with all the information needed

- The ability to work in a changing and very dynamic environment, learning new concepts and applying information to current circumstances

- The ability to have an overall overview although working with a considerable amount of detailed information

- The ability to meet all deadlines requested

- The ability to work within a small accounts team

- Presentation skills in order to interact efficiently with the various parts of the business

- Should be keen to make a positive contribution to the brand and should have a positive and optimistic personality and take his/ her own initiatives

- The ability to communicate/interact at all levels of the organisation (from middle to top management)

Technical Abilities Required:

- Advanced knowledge of the main Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

- Ideally knowledge of Retail Data Mart, Supply chain, Intmos, Stealth, JDA
