Working with an amazing client who offers beautiful contemporary fashion for the modern women.

They are looking for Financial Controller who will be responsible for the efforts and results of the financial department. The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in regards to all financial and accounting activities. Overseeing, collaborating internally and externally in day to day operations.

Job Duties:
-Manage company accounts and management accounts
-Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
-Processing and paying all invoices
-Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
-Create regular reports including monthly and annually to identify results, trends, and
financial forecasts
-Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing
-Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations
and legislation
-Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
-Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
-Report to the CEO and the board members with timely and accurate financial information
-Assist the CEO and board in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and
board members.


Skills and Qualifications:
-Experience in a business or finance environment, preferably in the retail, luxury or
fashion industries
-Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a
related field
-Ability to self-motivate with efficient time-management and prioritisation skills and to
meet deadlines
-Ability to work well under pressure and across all levels of seniority
-Strong interpersonal skills with solid written and verbal skills
-Outstanding mathematical skills; honesty; integrity; reliability; high attention to detail;
organisational skills; analytical, research, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Proficient in relevant IT skills
-Understanding of data privacy standards.
