Elite Associates have partnered with a British designer brand well known for their tailoring with a modern and quirky twist to recruit a Franchise Regional Executive. In this role you will manage and report on the territories of responsibility, while proactively looking at ways to increase existing opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

To develop and maintain a solid working relationship with Franchise and internal departments/personnel. Ensuring that appropriate parties are kept up to date with relevant information.

To compile and present when necessary updates and reports on each territory, including monthly sales performance, local business market activity, potential new business developments and any issues that have arisen.

Visit relevant Franchise markets and when required to undertake store visits. To gain an understanding of changes, deliver in-store company/product staff training, compile post trip reports highlighting any action required and ensure the relevant follow up.

With assistance from the Franchise Sales Support person arrange seasonal buying appointments, by collection, for the territories covered.

To service each seasonal buying appointment in full on an individual basis, oversee processing of each order and follow up any issues regarding order value, selection versus projection and business plan.

In conjunction with colleagues within the Franchise department, have an awareness of; shop takings and general market trading conditions, deliveries, stock sales/returns and action follow up all as required.

Work with each collection department to gain an understanding of product lines on a seasonal basis and offer local territory feedback.

Produce feedback monthly and seasonally on seasonal collections reaction and performance.

Act as a brand guardian to ensure that all guidelines are respected and implemented as per the company's directive


Key Skills

At least 3 years experience in a sales/wholesale role ideally with international experience and travel
Advanced Microsoft Office including Excel.
Previous experience of administrative based role working in a busy office.
Confident presenter, confident when dealing with customers and speaking to a large audience
Proven experience of providing excellent after sales service. Able to compile reports on sales data, experience of successful product training.
Ability to work with people at all levels of the business.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly systematic and well organised.
Ability to travel internationally on a frequent basis
