About the Role
As a Product Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the whole Product Management team with a wide range of tasks in the product development and range selection cycle. These will range from approving all lab dips, strike offs and components for our products, to supporting with reporting and sales analysis which is a crucial part of the product cycle.
You will be responsible for full sample management for the product team and managing the your areas of the critical path, communicating with multiple teams to ensure our ranges launch On Time In Full. This role also involves some basic CAD work to support the design and development process, but don’t worry if you haven’t got experience here as training will be provided.
This is a role that will really give you full exposure to a busy and dynamic product department and will really allow you to see the product management lifecycle from start to finish.
We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to work with a business that focuses design and development of our products based on what makes customers feel great and what fits and flatters their boobs, not necessarily what’s in fashion.
This is a challenging role that will give you exposure to a wide range of tasks, including those of both a creative and analytical nature. You should therefore have a unique blend of both these skills and be able to pick new things up really quickly.
A 'can' do attitude with the ability to use your initiative is a must. You will have outstanding communication skills, comfortable to work with various teams across the business.
Ideally you will have a degree in buying and merchandising or can’t decide yet between the two, along with some experience in the industry. However, whilst your experience and background are important, your passion, learning agility and understanding of our purpose are equally of interest to us.
