ECommerce & Digital Marketing Manager - Fashion

 

Aligning with Tateossian’s vision, the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementation, analysis and optimization of the digital performance across all online touch points and brand channels -to include SEO, Email marketing, Affiliates, Market-places, Social Media and tateossian.com activities.

The role requires working closely with the PR and wider Marketing functions in planning all activity in accordance with the Marketing calendar to ensure digital amplification of key brand moments. The ECommerce & Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the graphics team, retail team, agencies and partners to deliver commerciality, conversion and sell through in line with financial KPI’s through a tactical and hands-on approach to performance.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing and planning the global digital and eCommerce strategy with the support of the digital marketing coordinator
  • Total ownership of overall channel ROI – working closely with cross-department teams to make sure that the commercial objectives can be met and on-site experience optimized Development of the campaign calendar for onsite, Email, Social and Affiliates
  • Ownership of the Email Marketing calendar to optimize channel performance
  • Work closely with the Retail teams to develop customer loyalty and retention through Digital touchpoints
  • Management of Digital Marketing Agency performance for SEM, Paid Social and social
  • Develop and create innovative ways to target and engage both existing and new customer audiences
  • Develop Digital plans around brand events and activities to amplify overall digital reach
  • Work closely with the Wholesale Marketing teams to support wholesale partnerships and channel objectives
  • Responsible for the monthly ECommerce report and P&L for the department 
  • Responsible for ensuring any website integration is implemented smoothly and maintained correctly
  • Lead the way in implementing software that will help us improve the website’s performance
  • Responsible for any future re-platforms.
  • Responsible for ensuring that any website changes are clearly communicated with business and are thought through from an SEO & integration perspective as well as UX/design
  • Work closely with the PR Marketing Manager to develop and deliver on Digital Objectives around collaborations – driving acquisition and meeting partner expectations
  • Develop Social Media and Digital Strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Responsible for the management and development of three direct reports the Digital Marketing Coordinator, customer service associate and ECommerce export coordinator

 

Essential skills and experience

  • At least 4 year's experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing within a luxury or premium background
  • Proven track record managing multiple digital touch points including Social Media and delivering growth at a global scale
  • Proven track record managing digital channel ROI and delivering profitability for brands
  • Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a busy environment
  • Excellent team management skills and previous experience in managing a team
  • Strong budget management, you are analytical and have a keen eye for detail
  • Resourceful and a confident individual that has the motivation to take a project from start to completion
  • Innovative and creative, with a strong understanding of the luxury landscape
  • A creative thinker with strong technical know-how, and knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
