This role requires someone with a customer service orientated attitude, who can demonstrate a high level of initiative and a flexible approach. The role also requires someone who is well organised and has the ability to plan their daily tasks effectively to fit in with the demands of the post room routine.

Location: Central London

Responsibilities and Duties
Front of House
*Provide exceptional customer service to a wide variety of professionals from
different industries
*Create a warm welcoming environment for our members and their guests
*Deal with member requests in a prompt and timely manner
*Book meeting rooms for members
*Set up and refresh meeting rooms throughout the day ensuring food, beverage, teas
and coffees are in the meeting rooms on-time
*Ensure facilities are presentable and tidy at all times
*Assisting with networking events and facilitate member introductions where
appropriate (this could be outside of normal working hours)
*Ensuring all received letters and parcels are distributed to the relevant department
each day and in a timely manner
*Ensure external and internal post to other sites is collected from each floor,
sorted and sent out promptly
*Ensure all consumables and postal money is available on franking and arrange
maintenance for the machine if necessary
*Ensure high security of post room, valuables must be securely locked away
*Training employees on post room policies and procedures. Responding to any questions
and queries relating to the Post Room
*Working alongside Line Manager to propose and implement Post Room initiatives that
continuously improve efficiency and cost savings

*Liaise with couriers to make bookings
*Request P.O.Ds
*Take calls from couriers to gain additional information from senders
*Record all incoming packages
*Notify recipients by email using a template to inform them a package has arrived
*Ensure all packages to be delivered to recipients in a timely manner

Qualifications and Skills
*Previous Front of House, Reception, Hosting experience advantageous
*Experience in Hospitality or a Retail environment desirable
*Customer service experience
*Excellent communication skills
*Positive approach and can-do attitude
*Ability to multitask and prioritise
